Guys Today I experienced one different way to start the routine and get back on track. It's always been target and new achievements in your core domain ans things you like to do most. In My case Run/walk improvements day by day is important to reach my target of 42 Km full marathon.
Yesterday me ans @Om Mandke agin discussed participation in the NDA marathon in October and from yesterday night I started thinking about it and set the tone for today morning.

I have also been part of My Fit Sphere which I joined last year. It's really wonderful community of like minded people who what to be healthy both body and mind wise. We have yoga sessions, running/walking challanges, SNs session, detox sessions and many more.
